Abstract

University-industry collaboration has become a vital component in emerging economies. As universities gradually become the center of society's knowledge production system, their role in innovation becomes more diverse. In the pursuit of such a role, universities are encouraged to establish university-industry collaboration (UIC) context that supports faculties and students to engage in entrepreneurial activities. I present a systematic literature review of the studies conducted in the discipline of University-industry collaboration towards innovation and entrepreneurship. The focus of the study is mainly given to the methodologies used by researchers and presented in journal articles.
